Hi Everyone. I wasn't sure whether this message was spam or not, so I rang up Causeway Hospital switchboard and discovered that it was 100% genuine. They put me through to the Validation Team and they had all my details and these were correct. Scam call starting with automated message about suspicious VISA transactions. I selected the option to talk to someone. They could not explain who they represented, and started asking for my details. When I asked them to verify who they were, they hung up.

Fraud Got a phone call from this number. I answered the call and nobody answered for about 20 seconds. Then a very thick Indian accent said "Hello, this is Jenny from BT Openreach.....". I replied "No your not...your a scammer" and hung up. I know and live in this dialing code and there are no BT Openreach offices in this area. Given the accent and that it is BT Openreach (which I don't even use) I suspect this is an Indian based scam call centre.
