Phoned to say they wanted to refund an amount incorrectly taken from my bank account for my washing machine insurance.

Recieved a call from this number sounded like a call centre, I am in Australia, knew my name would not tell me how she was and were she was from, wanted me to confirm my name I just not me when she asked if I was XXXX, then she hung up.

This number +447802691905, has been tracking my mobile phone, I have just found out tonight. I am very worried and concerned about this and for my personal safety. Anyone who is tracking a persons mobile phone is very Dangerous, Something need to be done about this.

Called my mobile and says O2 promotion, but then doesn't know my number to txt me the offer how is that possible!! Got to be a scam and I am not with O2 anyway.

The number = 01709889223, this number phoned me today (at 13:08 on 1st March 2022) and the caller stated they were from BT OUTBOUND ringing about my telephone. They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls. I checked online and the number was listed as Indian and Rotherham based. They texted me as if they were CV library however they tried asking me for my bank account details via a text. This is the text they sent: Benefit and requirement - Work week - 6 days (600USDT) - Only 30-60 minutes of work per day - Flexible hours and location (can be arranged by yourself) - Must be 21 years old or older - Training will be provided - Bank account required for salary purpose Never give any personal information away via text. Always use an official website.
