Obviously a (badly) spoofed number. London numbers don't start with (020) 1xx, only 020 3xx, 020 7xx, and 020 8xx.

Answered call, waited for response, caller hung up after a couple of seconds

I am being called at least once a day by this number. Today it was twice. i am registered with the TPS service so assumed this kind of pestering would not happen anymore.

Answered the phone and got a recorded message (male, English voice) "our records indicate that you were injured in an accident within the last three years, press 5 to speak to an operator". I pressed 5 and initially heard an office environment then was cut off. On ringing back, I heard the ringing tone but it almost instantly changed to an engaged tone. Don t know who this company is, but they need stopping.

First they called tried to confirm that the were speaking to the person they were calling for. Annoyingly they would read back my address. Then they would ask if they could do a short survey. another time they have an Indian accent and sometimes they have an English accent. Sometimes Indian man. The English accent one wanted to know if there was central heating in the house. she went straight into the question despite me telling her she had the wrong name and number. I ve been called daily by this number but I have a call blocker on my android phone called "Truecaller" (I am not a salesman) which filtered it straight away. It does have apps but is very effective for nuisance callers. Hope this helps.
