This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers - unclaimed bank charges, PPI, uncalimed financial services. I have them blocked on my phone. Each time they call they get a message saying that they have been blocked. Yet they still continue to call. Clearly computer calling, else surely they would have the sense to realise that they will never get through?
