Well, after a couple of days of peace and quiet from this number.. they ve started again, with a VENGEANCE! I have reported them to EVERYONE they can be reported too, and now, im on plan B! FYI if you re on "talktalk" you can set up "last caller barring" which allows you to block up to 10 numbers from ringing you :) and its FREE!! im in the process of setting this up now, and hopefully it will stop all this nonsense! This is the UK version of a scam running amok in the US. The supposed company, microsoftechs.com, contacts people and claims there is an issue with their computer. The claim to be partnered with Microsoft and gain confidence with all the classic scam talk. If you do get scammed, they will access your computer via remote access, go through your email, install software and who knows what else. I have been getting four to six calls from this number a day. If I answer, they hang up after a minute or two and do not say anything. It s harrassment and I d love to know how to get my number removed.

Time wasters - called re an accident claim which I've never made. Asked them to remove my number from their listings and they hung up.

It s a hospital, the number probably doesn t take incoming calls. See Charlie s comment from earlier in this thread, it gives you the switchboard number.

had a call from this company claiming my creditors have filled charges against me and requested them to recover the money owed. When requested for the names of the companies the caller became abusive and hung up.

Called today, asked for me by name (worrying as he said he got my number from price comparison sites, not possible as I always give 999999etc) said he was phoning to overhaul my life insurance .I have been registered with TPS and ex directory for decades.
