If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. I go to a phone call and the lady said she was from o2 however when I told her I was at college and couldn't really talk she because really rude and said "you don't have time to answer a few quick questions but you had time to answer your phone" I got suspicious and hung up they wouldn't stop calling me after so I ended up blocking the number.
