Caller claimed to be from "socail housing executive". I hung up as it was obviously a scam or spam.SCAM
Told me that many complaints about loft insulation being a health issue. Lady started to ask me if I had loft insulation but I then told her I was too busy to answer any more questions and put the receiver down. This is called cold calling and I thought this was illegal.

Man pretending to be Vodafone. Trying to steal my personal and financial info. Impressive technique, didn’t spot at first then his lack of knowledge of my basic customer profile and more aggressive questioning showed what was really happening.
SCAM . Put the phone down on Leeds number which was a sounded like a scam - claiming to be fron O2. Rang me back straight away on this number. Clearly spoofing number ID.
Seemed like a scam from this number. They called saying I won something from walking around a mall. I never go to malls. They said it was a long time ago. I hung up before anything else so lm not sure what info they would ask for.

10/03/22 at 10.37am. I answered with hello. A man said; "I'm fine and if somebody has complained about me I'm fine. Goodbye" He then hung up. He sounded angry. I have no idea what this call was about. To-date (in the 27 years I have had this number) I have never had a 'wrong number' type of call, as far as I am aware it is not similar to any local business/official numbers!

When i questioned him about it he could only give my name nothing else. I then saod citizens advice now call random calls he then said he works for citizens governments advice. Had 3 calls over the last few days from various numbers all starting with the same dalling code, 01926. Call received from this number today, 27 February 2023 @ 10:16. I did not answer, but they left a message, which I felt was an attempt to trick me into responding in order to avoid paying unlawful requests for several hundred pounds. I believe this to be a scam call from someone pretending to be from Amazon.
