These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... This is a Debt collection company as has been said above, they call 3-4 times and then drop off. They ring for short bursts and then that s it.
