I only found out about it due to a different investigation regarding “crossed lines” or someone basically listening in on my calls! This number has called me several times but when asked who is calling they refuse to answer. I have blocked them on several numbers. If they don’t have the courtesy to let you know who they are when calling I assume it’s a scam and block them. Something fishy when they won’t tell you who they are or why they are calling.

I randomly got texted by this number saying "Hi, there." at 11:18, which was weird at first but then I texted "who is this?" and I haven't got a response yet. SCAM This number appears to the associated with Bank Payment scams because I nearly fell for one, Had an automated message stating from my bank say that they had identified to large debits against my account which were suspicious. When I replied that they were not mine, I was put through to this number and was answered by a man who gave his name as a Paul Butler and stated that he was a member on the bank fraud investigation team. I got suspicious when he told be that this call was confidential.

The asked me to click a link to redirect me to a web page to arrange delivery of a parcel they couldn't deliver. I have nothing on order and I am sure Royal Mail would not mispell their own name or contact me from a mobile. 100% a scam if like my elderly mother, you now look these strange numbers up online before responding.

I reported HSBC to make a new debit card as I doubted my card's details were hacked last week. And a woman just rang me from HSBC by like Indian accent. I doubted HSBC wouldn't ring me like that. I told her to e-mail me and I hung up, and I blocked the number of 0345-600-8050, and I checked the number on this site. I already got a new debit card recently. Why did the genuine HSBC want to ring me now?

Had a call from this number at 13.30 on 23/02/22. Upon answering i waited for the person to speak first, it was an asian sounding person in a call centre. As soon as they asked how i was today i asked straight out if they were a scammer to which they responded yes they were a scammer and a fraudster followed by oh my god repeated several times. I stated the call should now end and looked online to find number belongs to a sushi bar in London so this number was spoofed/cloned and not the genuine number.
