BAD COMPANY WITH RUDE STAFF!!! Had someone called Don call me about my existing life policy I do not have one!!! Apparently I would be transferred over to a qualified adviser only to find out I was not speaking to a qualified adviser and would later be passed over again just so this so called adviser would check I was happy. The idiot could not pronounce half the medical conditions. No help or advice given and not one person could answer any of my questions. WASTE OF TIME!!!

Called twice today, 2nd time answered: asked for my partner by name & claimed to be from People's Energy who are our energy supplier and are based in Edinburgh so that matches the area code (0131). My partner wasn't happy to confirm security information for an unsolicited call though and they were happy to end the call requesting we call them. This number is connected to a SCAM do not reply to it . If you get a text saying there has been unauthorised transaction stating its Barclays. This is not true ! If you call the number, there will be a con-artist on the other end trying to get you to give them infomation so they can with draw all the money out of you account. They also use the telephone number 03330220286 or +443330220286 as part of this scam. if you see any of these, do not call them !

Said they were from npower wanting meter readings. Since we are with npower assumed OK. Also wanted to confirm meters outside so a meter reader could confirm. This is a bit odd, unless it's usual npower incompetence, because they have done that many time
