'Ah yes, my colleague must have called you, please hold on...*moments silence* 'oh yes, I am afraid he has just gone to a meeting, I would be happy to take details and forward it to him.' Very pushy for details-despite them calling you. WOULD NOT trust these scammers.

The message said that my national insurance number had been compromised due to fraudulent(?) activity. It went on to say that I should press 1 otherwise action will be brought against me. I didn’t press 1 and hung up.

Accident claims. My details were sold on by Enterprise Rentacar years ago unlawfully after a car crash. I am on TPS list so this company are breaking the law by calling. Despite this law, TPSonline.org are powerless to stop it so what is the point of a list? The ICO don t do much to help either.
