Got a couple of calls selling warranty First call said I had a Bosh washing machine, I said I was busy. The next day another call saying I had a Samsung. They tried to convince me of their glowing credentials, that they ve been operating for 10years. Got transfered to a manager which I asked again if I could check on Companies House website for Applianceserve Ltd Company number 08957597 and they promptly hung up on me. Unfortunately all appears to be a lie unless the goverment website is a lie...?

This is a company called Ace U.K they are cold callers for an accident claims company who have information that you have been involved in a crash in the last 3 years.

i get called from number 01204329378 on a daily basis i get called from other numbers too, i dont know who they are because with these calls i usually check first on the internet to see what others have said when they have answered them and if they say its to do with selling, harrasment or scams i dont bother to answer it the next time they call more than once a day very annoying

Usual line about my supposedly having an accident recently. Told her to get off my phone or be reported for harrassment. Cut her off.

Caller claimed to be from British Gas. Repeat calls from someone with a very strong accent who was very persistent in obtaining renewal information and bank details. I was very suspicious and do not trust them.

DON T GIVE IN TO THEIR TRICKS OF MAKING RANDOM CALLS AND THEN HOPING THAT 1%-5% OF THE ONES THAT ANSWER DO FALL FOR THEIR TRICKS. Just received a call from this number which said I had a text message but the message was garbled. Phoned our friend who was in a London hospital thinking it was him and he had sent by accident a text message to our landline which resulted in this call. It must be the message service operated by BT but doesn t appear to work very well.
