They put me through to a technician and they started getting a bit angry with me as I could not understand what they were saying because of their accent. Automated call, annoying, rings out then cuts off when answered. Feel sorry for old folks struggling to get up to go and answer their phone only for this to happen to them, time after time. Waste of time.

I keep receiving messages in quick succession on my landline answer machine (8 this morning so far). They are clear until the company name is stated, when it becomes muffled. Having looked at the reviews, the calls seem to come from Talk Talk (can hear it is a busy call centre in the background), but I am with BT and have never had any dealings with Talk Talk!
