Called twice in two days, claimed to be named "Alice" the first time (unlikely, given her heavy Indian accent), claimed to be from BT Openreach. We use a VOIP system so I put the phone down. Second time, gave no name but claimed to be calling from "[y]our electricity provider". I asked her which one, she took a stab at EDF (wrong), so I told her to do her homework better and put the phone down again. I checked the phone number and it was the same both times 02031295

Email from Budget Insurance about an old cancelled policy. They owed me a refund for unjustified charges. So NOT A SCAM. They didn't ask me for bank details I just said they were the same and that was that.
I received a call today (5.20pm) from 01429 212998 and they said "I m from CAH and I understand that you have had an accident in the last few years" to which I replied "no" he then continued to say "has anyone in your household been in an accident in the last few years?" I then said that "I think you ve got the wrong number, take me off your database" He replied with a "I will update our records". CALL ENDED. - caller: 01429 212998
