Please be careful. Texted this, and along with directions to send number that contacted to 'ActionFruad'.

he says, ..name ,company...do you wish to extend your policy on your boiler . i do not have a policy with this company , so ask ; which boiler . he tries to tell a nos .of policy & so on tries to sell boiler insurance ,he just wants to go thru so me details now before he sends the letter. This number came up on a pop up box when trying to install a new version of Microsoft Office on a Mac. It said you needed to ring the number for help or you would lose the product. This is not the case and this company has no affiliation with Microsoft. It is a scam to get your credit card info and gain access to your computer. Run a separate Google search and ring Microsoft’s real helpline number if this happens to you. If you’ve already given them access to your computer ring Action Fraud.

Got a call relating to a credit card payment from my account, I think it's some kind of a scam because my credit card provider has never called me to confirm a payment from my account.
