This is a scam caller pretending to be from a Lyca phone provider offering cheap contracts, the company they are pretending to be are Mobiles.co.uk. 3-4 calls every day. Ring off if you attempt to complain. Premium rate to call them back what a load of plonkers. Seriously I agree with other comments about finding out who they are and giving them some of their own medicine it would serve them right to get sued for harassment.
