Called my grandmother who had an accident saying her money was coming! Obviously could be seen as exciting but the whole thing is a scam. A horrible business.

Rang wanting to discuss a car accident, claimed to be working for my Insurance Company - when I queried their authority to call on behalf of my insurance - caller hung up!!

Smooth talking guy, asked for me by name. Wanted to talk to me regards my BT bill. I asked him what the problem was. He said no problem, I am your BT agent and could do a better deal. I said to him "but you aren't BT are you" and he told me he was authorised, had a number etc etc. Didn't seem too pleased when I said to him "You are not BT you are JTalk and hung up. Rang back but I let it ring out. Don't need to do business with a liar.

Foreign sounding man said he was from microsoft and that my computer was sending back error messages. He then asked for access to my PC. I put the phone down at this point.

Rang the bank they put me through to fraud,was on hold ringing for 10 minutes, non the wiser,terrible service from the fraud department at the BOS bank of scotland,but what do you expect from these. SO CANT SAY IF FRAUD OR GENUINE AS BANK NEVER ANSWERED CALL - TIME TO GO ELSEWHERE IF THEY DONT ANSWER THE CALL ON FRAUD WHAT CHANCE HAS THE CUSTOMER GOT

Rang twice, asked for a listed director. Woman was called "Jo" no surname, will not divulge business they purport to be, except from Warrington. Very rude, said would email and ring mobile (the director has neither) complete lies / potential scam. Beware.
