Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 14136723xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with usual accident chasers, PPI, insurance marketing - holly trinity of nowadays telemarketing. Another number that gets phone numbers and your data from online click bait scams. They asked for my 14yr old daughter. I told them they had the wrong number. This is the 3rd phone number and about the 10th call I've had in 24hrs asking to speak to a minor.
