SCAM received several phone calls via WhatsApp demanding payment for providing a service befor anything would be done. Lady admitted was of German origin and was ringing from Bournemouth. Payment was to be via PayPal or Amazon gift cards only, on refusal became more aggressive.

Apparently I had a delayed flight by more than 3 hours in the last 5 years, which I haven't, not even if added together.. Must be some new kind of stupid scam, ffs are you actually pulling my plonker? compensated for a late flight, for the love of God what's next.. idiots. don't answer this number!
This company has taken £660 of my money. I've have reported and frud investigation team are working towards catching these nasty scammers. Do not discuss with them. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1617685xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, life insurance - insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?
