Fraud. Said they were from virgin media saying that my router was giving off notifications. So no confirming of my name or any security questions. Total fraud. Told them I would ring virgin media later as Im having no problems, they hung up.

Caller asked if I was the property owner. When asked to identify themselves, the caller hung up.
Had a missed call from them yesterday 19 May 2023, and tracked it to Russia Today 20 May got a message from them, pretending to be police and telling me to report to Preston Police Station regarding an incident on Sunday (tomorrow) Fraud SCAM
