THIS IS A VALID NUMBER, I called the Halifax card services number from their web site 08456051150 and they confirmed my application had been made today via telephone and they are based in Cardiff. Phew, this web thread had me worried but if you are then call them and check yourself:o)
Constant calls, up to 3 times a day, often from different extensions. A voicemail is left everytime by an automated voice, the company name is unclear
