Rang today, when I asked why they had called me and how they received my mobile number he just continued with PPI refund speech. Again I explained that I don t have loans or a mortgage so he then began to question me as to if I knew what PPI was as I must have signed up for it. Rude and don t take no for an answer so next time they call I am going to blow a whistle down the ear piece of my phone.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. They left brief voice mail asking who I was, then hung up. on 4th Feb 2021. Ive since blocked number.

Called our TPS registered line. Burst of noise/music after we picked up, followed by silence then " Ello! Ow are yew?" from a caller who then immediately asked to speak to "The owner". Identified himself as "Zane" from "XLM" when asked, and then immediately launched into a scripted sales pitch. Told him to f***-off, and hung up while he was still yapping.
