they ring you from 01522 381826 and when you answer they hang up so you call back which diverts to a mobile - one of the numbers is 07811425228 but it still shows as the landline number - they are a company reference a problem you've had at a holiday resort. The gentleman sounded like he was from Newcastle. DO NOT ANSWER OR CALL IT BACK!!!

I had a call from this number re. the end of a mobile phone contract. It seemed very dodgy, but I checked with the mobile provider directly, and the people calling from this number are genuine partners. Badly handled in terms of the explanation and also seem to have access to very out of date data. So poor outsourcing exercise at best. Either way - these are genuine people linked to T-Mobile.
