Have received 3 calls recently, each one is a prerecorded American voice telling me I'm being investigated for DHSS fraud. They inform me that paperwork has been sent to me which I have returned to them unanswered and I must answer the phone call they have made, which I have not done. Now this is a total scam. Awaiting callback from my GP when this call came. Male caller talked about a free medical emergency pendant, but implied that there was a paid membership. It increasingly sounded like a sales call and I couldn't really see how this related to my medical issue. He asked about my willingness to give a testimonial, talking about medical response times, peace of mind for family - I was becoming further mystified as to why I was being called. Suspicious.
This may be a scam as the caller did not identify themself and just said my credit card has been used for 2 payments, I think £800 and £2000, and to press 1 to talk about it. I ended the call immediately.
