Phoned today at12.15 pm. Fairly gruff voice. Purportedly from BT. Asked me to confirm that I had been in touch with BT this morning. As I had, I said yes. There was some hesitation and a lot of background noise. I asked what he wanted. He asked if contact was by phone or mail (I think). I replied that the contact was on the internet and he abruptly ended the call.

Hope this helps. I sent a letter of complaint to David Rushton the company director who agreed in writing to pay my full deposit back by October. Ijust answered a call from this number. There was a lot of noise in the background and it seemed that the person phoning, thought I was phoning him. When I pointed this out, he said "you ve got a bad attitude" and when I said "pardon" he said "you heard" and hung up!! Very rude and aggressive!
