Called me a few minutes ago today to offer me a deal regarding my debt management plan. I told them (truthfully) that I am ill and asked them to call back another time (which was generous as my debt management plan is working very well, and I didn t need to talk to them at all). Caller from EE sales. I ordered a SIM card yesterday and he was following up if I needed anything else. Tried to push me to get an Apple Watch as he knew I was using an iPhone XS Max which I stated yesterday. Asked my full name, dob, and address.

I receive a text to say I ve missed their call, (i.e. every time they call!). Thing is, there was no call only the text message. I can confidently say that because my mobile had been in my pocket for 2hrs they hadn t called. Neither had they called on my landline, I ve been in all day.
