This number is used by Boku, a phone collection service (based in San Fransico, USA - with supposedly Europe wide offices) that collects "subscriptions" from, normally inadvertantly, "subscribing" to on-line adverts, messages and web sites. Boku send you a confirmation text, using this number, to tell you that you have just subscribed again. Scam, scam, Scam !!! portend to be from a lottery that you have neither heard of or let alone entered !!!!

Rang me nearly 30 times over the course of 3 mornings at 10-15 minute intervals. When I eventually got sick of it and answered it turns out it was a dentist, live caller on the other end, didn t wait to hear what he wanted before telling him not to call again. Seems to have worked.
