Definitely a scam call. I didn t field it at the time but used 1471 to identify it later. When I tried to call back, there was no such number.

These were calling me at least 3 times a day until I actually answered, then claiming to be RAC wanting me to add extra cover to my policy. Told them I wasn t interested, didn t have a call for a week or so and now they re off again! This is definately NOT RAC because I ve checked the number with them! Do not give ANY details to these idiots!!

Before 1985 this was my home phone number, the dialing code is Nottingham and the 63 was my local BT exchange at the time, located in Hucknall. A lot of the BT lines were terminated as this was one of the first areas in Nottingham that had access to a cable service that at the time was provided by Diamond Cable (Who sold to NTL, who virgin bought and now operate nationally in the UK)
