I had previously received a COVID19 appointment attachment through this number, and today receiving a text about changing my shifts at work(directed to a different name to myself). This could be a genuine mistake and accidently sent me the appointment info, and now this text thinking it was someone else, but with a review here saying it's an amazon scam, making me think otherwise. I'm still unsure on this number as I've responded letting them know it's the wrong number, but still nothing back.
Received a text form this number claiming to be o2 saying they couldn’t take my bill payment this month. Along with a link to a scam site to take my details. Can’t report to o2 as they seem to have shut down most forms of comms. Watch out, do not change your bank details on this link!!

Female called Lauren contacted my mother (70 s) to sell service to stop unwanted calls (ironic). Very persistent and aggressive selling manner.she used the old trick of assuming my mother wished the service and went straight for her bank details. Thankfully my mother did not pass any. Lowest form of scum these people no better than bogus callers who steal from the elderly.
