I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! These callers ring, but when you dial 1471, it says their number is unrecognizable.......bloody fed up

Keep calling about lapse of insurance cover on fridge, washing machine and/or cooker which we have never had. Tell them each time not interested and to take me off list (we are also on TPS) but call disconnected each time promptly.
