I had a call today. There was a big pause and I could hear all this chatter in the background, then they said they were BT, I am not even with BT, I hung up.
Online search says scam, various types eg Amazon Prime etc.
i missed a payment a few days ago now ive had several calls which they choose to let it ring 3 times then hang up only to do same thing over n over! they have already added a charge for non payment yet there harassing me non stop get a grip littlewoods been with ya for 14yrs never missed a payment n this is how you treat your customers shoddy customer service think i might invest in a fog horn :)

And a fake number, 12 digits, too many to be valid in the UK.

SCAM I have had three calls from this number today, and at least that number over the last few weeks. It purports to be from amazon, and opens by congratulating me on my amazon purchase. It goes on to say " if you did not make this purchase.......". I cannot say what the remainder of the message is, because at that juncture I terminate the call.
