Like the above - they wanted a payment made to a paysafe card - driver would drop off my cheque for a successful ppi claim. Again they seemed to have info on me with dates and companies - alarming - also £ commission again mentioned.SEEMS TO BE A WELL WORK

Call centre noise in background. Caller asked for "Mr or Mrs *my surname*" I asked who's calling, she said they're caling about the Health & Safety check for the loft insulation. Complete fiction. I told them they had the wrong number and to remove it from their system. Obvious data phishing scam.

This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with some accident claims company, block it...

Same as everyone else. Surely the police fraud squad can track and fry these rather poor scam attempts.

This showed up on my display and the recorded voice explained my internet was to be cut off "due to illegal activity" and offered the option of pressing "1" to "speak to an executive"- not a real phone number and to be sure a scam.

I had had a call from BES earlier stating ofgem insisted I was entitled to commercial rates and therefore offered me a new contract. Then around 1 hour later received a call from 0124533067 who didn't state where they were calling from but asked to speak to new owner/tenant, I said no new tenant, he said thank you and said he would remove me from their list and put the phone down, so I am assuming this is a scam.

Asked to speak to my mum or dad whilst i was here (im 41) my dad has been dead 6 years nearly so outdated info theyre working on too! Said im the daughter and im living her at the moment.....they abruptly ended the call! Quite rude and dont believe they were bring honest....steer clear!

SCAM / SPAM what yourself folks, just had a call from HMRC (not) automated telling me I owe money and if I didn't press 1 to pay a warrant will be made for my arrest. Call me a rebel, but I didn't press 1. The number they called from was 01204 921512
