I think this number belongs to a group of scammers? Can anyone confirm?

When I first answered phone, extremely loud background noise (sounded like a railway station). Indian accented mail asked for Mrs ***. When I asked what it was about he said it was about my internet connection. I started to tell him I had no problems with my internet connection, but he hung up before I finished the sentence! Knew he was rumbled I suspect.

"This is an automated call. Apple has found" and I hung up. They used our prefix and area code. I get calls from "Apple" often, always with a different num...

Two missed calls from these people in two days,,,i think they have my name as I was on the insurance policy of a friend who DID have an accident about 3 yrs ago,,

I answer only if I know the number because I know that if I don t have it,it will be a call centre or similar. This number tried to call me 5 time in a week! is it important? leave a message!

Generally when there s a long pause before they answer, it s safe to say it s a call centre that I m going to have zero interest in talking to. Whistle loudly down the phone. They don t tend to call back again. ;)

Investment scam. Take note these people are not regulated by the FCA. Keep yourself safe and block this number.

Calls stating from my internet provider but dont say company name, 3 calls in total "Kevin", "Jenny" and "Sally" all foreign accents. I hang up on them.

Phones 2 or 3 times a day leaves no message

Male voice asked for me by name and when I said "speaking" they hung up.

PPI company that cons you into signing up with them and then takes 30% of whatever they find for you, as payment. They also use a computer dialer that calls numbers and then hangs up on you if an operator is not available to talk at you

I used ring back - not a good idea on reflection. The male voice asked my name and so I asked his. He said "Roger". I felt this was a bit inadequate and so asked again at which point he got stroppy: "I ve told you". I hung up.

**SCAMMERS** Alert! do not do anything they ask, they may ask you to change settings on your pc or enter info into a site/or download something...these people are hackers who will gain access to your PC and your personal info... to rob your money and sell your data "avoid like the plague"

Constant pestering 2-3 calls per day I work from home and do not need these annoying calls getting in the way of my career

called me and then when i picked up immediately hung up???

accidentally cut them off when called back as I was expecting a delivery there was an automated message, You were called today by Media Match..... I then hung up as not interested in any cold calling.
