Got a call from a pleasant girl saying she was from "Energy Rescue" at EuroCentral in Motherwell. I took control of the call with lots of chit chat, asking how her day was, how many calls has she made, what was the company phone number, what was their address, had she been working long today etc. etc. etc. I now do this with all calls and it drives them nuts. I stay calm and happy and in fact I occasionally get comments that I m wasting THEIR time!! So whenever you receive a call be pleasant, ask

When I asked them where did you get my contact details, they answered that it was from their search engine as I expressed my interest in such a policy in the past. I challenged them that I did t supply my information to be called for a life insurance product then she asked me if I have a family and how old I am. I declined to answer and then ended the call.
