Insurance scam

James rang me a couple of weeks ago saying we needed to renew our Google Business package with him - thought it was a bit dodgy as we paid a two yr subs with another company a year or so ago. Contacted the bona-fide company and they said its a scam and to prove it to ask him if he knows my Google Business password. Yet to speak to him, so will be doing so!

27 Oct 2021 - Called again today. Not impressed at all. I obviously didn't answer. Hopefully they'll get the message that I ain't gunna answer ????Reply

Property investment with good returns that have NO returns and they disappear with your money. Ring Winston Group Ltd (legit Co.) who have been called by people sucked in to this fraud. When I picked up the phone I could hear a recorded voice gabbling on about pensions. It was the same as I got last week on a different number. It was also the second nuisance call in one morning. I was trying to get ready for an appointment.

Just a young lady asking if id been in an accident asked if I was homeowner I politely said no she thkd me for my time and left the call .

This number is apparently a "proxy": I called it back and the caller was NOT in Worthing...? Scotland, apparently..!? Anyway, DONT answer, or indeed EVER call back.... ;-)
