Another call from an Asian lady at 6.0pm purporting to be from BT and in conjunction with Virgin Media asking if I was getting nuisance calls. Angrily I told her yes I was getting nuisance calls and hers was one of them as it interfered with my guitar lesson. I then immediately hung up. Rang my home no today, no message left. I rang back, automated line says “This is Guys & St. Thomas Hospital. Don’t worry, we’ll call you back - if it’s urgent”. What?! First they send me a letter last week (3 pages!) to say I don’t fit their criteria for dental treatment, then they phone with this. I assume I’ll never get a return call as they already think I’m not urgent enough to treat anyway!
