Yet another spam call from Kinex, who have called me every week for around a year on different numbers trying to sign my business up to some telephone services discount scheme or other. They can t take "get lost" for an answer.

Actually sounded very plausible. Knew my name and address. Said that my washing machine cover had run out. Voice told me I had a virus on my pc and he could get rid of it. I said "How dare you get rid of my virus, I love it. I ve just bought it a new pink outfit and am taking it on holiday and I buy it birthday and Christmas presents. It is my friend and I don t want you to get rid of it". One very confused caller hung up in despair.

Usual PPI / car accident / similar sort of claim cold call. Blocked number. These people must be utterly shameless. I couldn t sit at a desk with a headset on being told to get lost (or worse) 100 s of times a day. Still, it s a job I suppose but I d rather be unemployed than lower myself to this sort of thing!
