This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8438727xxx range... People did someone answer this number?
Constant calling, but we do not pick up the phone to anyone we don’t recognise. I’m sure if it was interfering with the government then something would be done about it. How do they get their numbers in the first place? Frustrating.
