Fraud got a letter through the post today about a company called "utility spark". When I've looked at the website it had this phone number on there and I've realised it's a big scam/fraud. The website is really rubbish and I can't seem to get anywhere from it because my mobile comes up with warnings, so stay away from this at all costs!!!

I was visiting my very old uncle when these people called and I pretended to be my uncle. They said that Age Concern had selected them to contact people with mobility problems, and asked if I was sleeping well. This is apparently a genuine number for FedEx but it's been hi-jacked by a 'BT' scammer using a recorded message saying they've monitored suspicious activity. I cut the call then tried to dial 1471 but the line was still engaged and I had to try a couple more times before it cleared.

Asian/Indian scam caller about cover for sky box. when asked why he was calling ex-directory and TPS registered number he became abusive and rang off. geo-location puts him in middle of Trafalgar Square although he claims he is in Scotland! this is same guy who rang in mid December but then he was using 02037 694278. treat number as dangerous and report it to Ofcom, TPS and ICO
