This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with Orange/EE - offering new tarifs and mobile products. Be aware to not call back - line is with shared costs...

Discussing my current policy, so was expecting them to call.
Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036349xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, claims of all kinds. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

The man who called addressed me by my correct first name and surname, and claimed he wanted to discuss the (fictitious) road accident I was supposedly involved in "recently." He hung up when pressed for specific details.
