Unsolicited call - telemarketer - they have various numbers they used to call. It can be also Trading online.They disturb very often. It is very annoying.

Received call from with an automated American voice telling me that it was the Inland Revenue and threatened that unless I made contact using the number left in the message that I would have to take the legal consequences. They called my work phone. It is spam. An internet number calling a randomised number

Just had a call this morning from this number saying therey were from Virgin media and were calling because they were getting error messages from my router so they called to fix it. They wanted me to run some sort of Exe file. I called Virgin and they are not aware of this and said my router appears to be ok. Treat with extreme caution!

I had a call on 1/30/2023 from 44+ 0141 628 5948 and the phone number I was a scam they was trying to see what company I was with on my sim card and they was trying to get my bank details because they said my iPhone been hacked and I need a new one and they wanted my bank details.

Consumer research....and as like all these type of operations...when someone actually answers the phone at the customer end, the call is put through to an operator...if there is one available, hence the silence if one is not immediately there. They do state, if calling the number back, to leave your name and number to remove you from the database, which I have....so we shall see if these "nuisance" calls do actually stop!

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363468xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with direct marketing, insurance marketing, accident claims. Just block it if not interested

SCAM / SPAM Automated call with a dodgy American accent claiming to be "hmrc" and that I'm under investigation for fraud and to hold the line for the next available agent . Then a packistan woman (obviously in a call centre) asked my made-up name and address tells me I'm under investigation for tax fraud and asks who files my taxes. I tell her I'm unemployed. People this is wild :). Seems to be some call centre working for multiple clients (or fake companies), similar numbers of the same range 016185401xx are already reported with life insurance, car accident chasers, financial management (debts, loans, pensions) - companies Legal Advice, QTS... I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very useful for call centres). No problems.
