Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.

The first time they rang there was call-centre style background noise so I hung up before anyone spoke. Calling later in the day, a man started by being friendly "How are you today", but when his introductory spiel mentioned he d be asking questions to find my opinion, I interrupted him to say I don t do surveys. This is the number that calls regarding ESA claims and is 100% legitimate. Not answering this call may cause loss of benefits. Always answer the calls, they love to cut benefits for any reason they can think of.

This is EE who will try to offer you a better deal for your broadband/TV package. Just ring them back, press option 1 and you can remove your number from their lists so they wont call back.
