0161 354 4344 Saying they were Home essentials. Had 2 calls a few weeks ago, they wanted me to confirm personal data, I refused & asked them not to phone again. More calls today started 8am, really argumentative when I advised they were asked not to call me again. Really rude & very pushy. Hung up.

I had a silent call (on 15/5/15)& as I was expecting a call from unknown people on this area code, I used 1471 and phoned back. I heard a recorded message "You were called today by Media Match. The cal was not important and we will try again later. Goodbye" A Google search for Media Match shows a US firm with this name, but on websites similar to this one they claim that they do not cold-call and that their name is being mis-used. This number has rung all day long. When I did answer, a man said he was from the Telephone preference service, and said they could give me help with unwanted calls. Hung up.
