I got a call from them querying a legitimate transaction. They are genuine, however they annoyed me greatly by taking an age to load my account and kept me on hold for longer than I liked whilst they looked into it. For a fraud department I would have liked them to have been way quicker.

A woman named Alicia called me today wanting to confirm my personal details that she held on me. I didn't confirm my details but she was a PPI scammer. ringing on local number but said she worked for H A Advisory. I haven't asked for this call and am really upset that she has access to my personal information. Be careful out there it's so easy to do your own PPI don't use a cold caller company you.

After receiving phone calls for the past 3 weeks 3 times a day from this useless company, I finally answered and asked them to stop ringing me, A young girl replied saying "but we ve never rung before" and hung up, - I have screen shots on my phone with the amount of calls I get from these people!!!!! Automated voicemail message from 02071 75 45 92 telling me I was a primary suspect for an HMRC legal lawsuit against me and my house was under surveillance. I thought about popping a broom outside so they could sweep up some of the leaves while they were surveying the place but then thought they may intimidate the cat....(!)
