Advert on Face Book so I thought it was a good idea to plan for the future to protect my family. However, after I had filled it in, this number called and were so unprofessional I didn t think they were genuine. Tried to block the number on my phone but my handset won t let me. So lots of calls from this number which I ignore.

Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!

Well, after a couple of days of peace and quiet from this number.. they ve started again, with a VENGEANCE! I have reported them to EVERYONE they can be reported too, and now, im on plan B! FYI if you re on "talktalk" you can set up "last caller barring" which allows you to block up to 10 numbers from ringing you :) and its FREE!! im in the process of setting this up now, and hopefully it will stop all this nonsense! SCAM / SPAM - Used maiden name, commented on the colour of my hair, which features in my email address. The call was regarding my registration with the financial markets. So many alarm bells ringing here!! Take care, these are scammers without a doubt!
I get this call sometimes 5 times a week, morning 9.30 and 1.00. Do not respond to anyone who calls you, that you do not know... There are plenty of scammers about.

Silent call. This number rang my landline at 17.57pm. I answered and said 'hello twice. No one spoke, so I hung up. Suspect it was a call to see if my landline was active. Suspicious.

Now using 0161 850 1033 same story,they and others pressurisng my wife to make a claim following a minor car accident 2 years ago. I grabbed the phone and told them to drop it I would be taking action. Reported to ICO.org.uk and blocked the number. My business suffered through fraudulent claims and people need to make a stand against these parasites
