This is a scam number from a telesales company. They want a return call.

as above they called to say we agreed to fund local school, then became aggressive when we refused to pay them money. Have checked them out, they are not a charity. They are registered on companies house under 10140828 a whole saler, no accounts filed and if you try to look at their reports, Norton blocks it as dangerous.

Someone rang claiming to be Chris regarding government funded loft insulation I have had done, when I asked when, he promptly hung up. SCAM BEWARE..

I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). This caller would likely be asking to speak with Mr Strevitt or Mr Gwendoline. As has been the nature of the calls for the past 3 years. Similar to other comments - caller said he was from Microsoft and said my computer had been sending them warning messages. Wanted me to log on so he could fix it ! He was a bit confused when I said I only had Apple computers and not Microsoft and then hung up when I told him that I would refer this to Action Fraud!

Potential scam. There was a recorded message supposedely from my internet service provider (although it didn't say which ISP they were calling on behalf), saying that our internet service would be disconnected in 4 hours due to 'Router Malfunction'. Our router is working fine. I suspect this is a 'Technical Support Scam', where we would be expected to pay for fixing something that isn't broke.
