I got called by this number earlier today. In my case even though it was unsolicited, it was a welcomed call from Carphone Warehouse. I had an issue with their website and the resolved it for me.

They have phoned my home every day for the last 6 months! They will not stop phoning my home no matter how rude you get with them.

FYI - same company different number 07788 164646 They just called me again from the number above.

Scam pretending to be BT Open Reach. They say you have a problem with your internet connection in some way. Most likely they will hack your PC / install a virus / basically remote criminal damage. Do not follow instructions as it will likely cost you

Apparently I have opted in to receive telephone calls regarding financial services. LIE. I was encouraged to press 5 to talk to someone who will send me a package explaining on how I can write off up to 50% of my existing debt or some such rubbish.

Have called at least 6 times in last two day. Call themselves Infinite Savings. Caller has never been an English person and usually quite difficult to understand their accent. Says they are not selling anything, insist an trying to ask questions that I do not wish to answer. Have told them every time to remove my number from their database. A robotic voice called and asked if I had had an accident that wasn t my fault.

Call to my mobile saying "I understand you've had a car accident and its not your fault, is that right? I put phone down. Nothing's my fault ;)

From previous experience this could be NHS ringing regarding an appointment but as usual they don’t leave a message.
