If you speak then the line is detected as 'an active voice line' and logged as such, a scammer will then be calling you later! If you don't recognize the number calling DON'T SPEAK, JUST LISTEN! Got a miss call. I called back and it was an old lady on the other end. I clearly stated that I got a miss call and was wondering who it was. The old lady very confusingly said "I havent called anyone" And I was like "okay, sorry, I just got a call, hence why but thats okay" She proceeded to say "go away" and cut the call

very convincing voice recording - doesn t sound like a recording but becomes obvious when it ignores your responses. Some rubbish about accident claims. Please report to ICO especially if you re on TPS like me.

Very strange automatic call. Lady said she is from my internet banking and they just blocked an outgoing of £600 to oversees bank account from my bank account. I ended the call straightaway.

Quite clearly an Ambulance Chaser allegedly from National Accident Investigation saying that I had an accident which was not my fault. Where do they get their information and why is it that the Information Commissions Office does not stamp out these nuisance calls. The caller would not take no for an answer until I swore and shouted down the phone when he hung up.
