Claims to be from my internet providor so I said I used only phone or library for Internet use and he hung up. Then called back from an unavoidable number saying ...I m from BT and....blah blah....I said no internet here and he hung up...

03301596562 - From Claims Help Desk - Wanting to talk about an Old PPI Claim with my Bank. I asked them what the PPI Claim was, and she said "Oh my god". I said if I had an old PPI Claim can you tell me what it is? She then said I had an indication on her system that I may have one? I asked again what it was? She said I was just going to give you some information and then hung up saying to her colleague, "Oh my god". She obviously wasnt used to or expecting to answer any questions.

I was visiting my very old uncle when these people called and I pretended to be my uncle. They said that Age Concern had selected them to contact people with mobility problems, and asked if I was sleeping well. They suggested that replacing the mattress would help with mobility problems, and said that they had quality orthopedic mattresses on special offer starting at £1500. I am tired of receiving these nuisance recorded messages regarding "my PPI" - which doesn t exist. Would like to stop their calls. Recorded messages are worse than other nuisance calls as one cannot give them a rude answer !!

Called for a company called Marriot solutions asking me about my pension, said not interested but then persisted and was rude when i told him to remove my number and not call again and still persisted and laughed and when i told him i would complain he told me to go ahead and would not give me his surname and said he did not have one, do not answer the phone, ignore it.

The phone rang, I answered and it was quiet on the other end of the line so I hung up!

Called and sent text. Text said that they wanted to discuss business opportunity (???) It IS Advantis, which I understand is a collection agency with gov contracts, but I, WITHOUT ANY DOUBT WHATSOEVER, have NO debt, never mind outstanding debt, and I am DEFINITELY NOT connected to any HMRC "issues", either myself or vicariously. So obviously they either make mistakes, or they are involved in other activities outside of outstanding debt.

They called me up at 5:25 in the morning and when I answered they didn t even bother responding. I m repeatedly getting calls like this from these stupid marketing companies.
