Scam call: recorded female voice message (with American accent), purporting to be from HMRC, stating that I was being pursued (criminal case) for failure to pay taxes.

automated bank scam and likely to be a masked number talking about amounts paid on my card in france and elsewhere, amateurs were not allowed to finish call

I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Yet another number to add to the ever increasing list of scam calls. When will the phone companies do something to stop them???

Probable Fraud/Scam - Heavily Indian accented female called Rachel called me purporting to be working for Microsoft at the Reading Campus. Claimed there was a problem with my computer and "bad people were using it for bad things on the internet". Told me she would deactivate my computer if I didn't do what she said. Got quite rude when I told her I didn't believe her. Stalled her for 5 minutes before she hung up on me.

Received a text claiming to be from Royal mail about an undelivered item. pay £1.45 for redelivery. Obviously a scam!

SCAM - Apparently they were from Sky trying to test my broadband speed. Notwithstanding I am not with Sky, I asked them to tell me my own name and postcode and they hung up. How rude! I assume the next step would be to access my computer to 'fix' the issue.

Scam caller, fraudulently requesting goods to be delivered to a site from a Builders' Merchant but not the genuine customer

Calling regards to tax refund from HMRC also asking about claiming tax back from PIP benefit. Didnt answer, i called back, they already knew my name. Dodgy people.

SCAM!! Leasing Airbnb properties (advertised on FB marketplace) that do not exist!! Cleverly they've linked their web page up to Airbnb's page so when you look for support, it will take you to the legit page, but the booking page is a complete scam! It'll reject your payment when you confirm your booking and offer you the option to do a wire transfer. The scammer will give you "Airbnb's bank details" (confirmed by an agent, Airbnb do NOT have a bank account) to place your deposit into.

Bot-call fraud. Keeps calling for "massage device" event in Opatija. Offers free smart watch. You can easily tild the bot by asking weird questions. Avoid.

Automated message. Pretended to be from Bank Security that an amount had been paid to Amazon and an overseas transfer had been made.

I don't know think its safe I got a virus in my phone for a while and aI thought my Fb might be hacked ! I just went into my settings no where my WhatsApp was ,my own number was there . But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . I thought I deleted FB and re installed and no we I installed the installed the latest soft ware Amazon is not recognizing me .I have to re log in everywhere . It's a right pain. Received this call today. It came approximately 30 minutes after a call from a Cambridge number 01223 931995. The Cambridge number went dead on answering. The 01330 563426 number allowed me to answer, and an automated message said it was the HMRC and that I would be fined. You could press 1 to talk to an agent. I hung up. You cannot ring back. High premium mobile used by unsuspecting hospital patients to phone out. They will think its a free mobile as its in hospital but it charges high costs. If you phone the number you will be warned that it is a high premium . Cannot understand why hospitals allow this number to be used

Pre-recorded message about fraudulent payments made to Amazon

Fraud Calling about government scheme to reduce debt repayments, but called from a personal phone number (07...) and didn't know any of my details beforehand. Would be wary.

This number messaged and it gives a website that looks like post office website but a different address. It was saying that the delivery has failed and you need to pay a redelivery fee before the delivery is sent out again.
